Practice Cancelled

Well the blizzard has arrived! It is extremely wintery out there...blizzard conditions as predicted so practice is cancelled for the AM.

East Coast swimmers...I would like you to all get in for a practice tomorrow (after the storm clears) or Sunday if you all can. I will email a practice to everyone.

Provincial Team Practice Cancelled

Hello Swimmers and Parents,

I just got off the phone with Corrie, our team manager, and we have decided to cancel the Provincial Team Practice that is scheduled for this evening from 4:30-6:30 at CUP. We didn't want to risk having everyone travel to Summerside with Prince County in a blizzard warning. We will try to reschedule a make-up practice for sometime in the future.

Stroke Clinic- February 26, 2011

Coach Dave is going to offer a stroke clinic this Saturday. He will focus on Breastroke and Butterfly technique and turns. This is open to all competitive swimmers in the Dolphins program. Here is the clinic information...

Islander Day, February 21, 2011

Hello Everyone,

Changes in the Practice Schedule

Please note the changes in the practice schedule over the next couple of days....

Friday, February 4, 2011: No practice due to the Moncton Meet
Saturday, February 5, 2011: regular scheduled practice. Dave will coach all groups.
Monday, February 6, 2011: No swimming for swimmers that went to Moncton. Regional swimmers that didn't go to meet will swim 4:00-5:30.
