Just to confirm...there IS practice today for all scheduled groups. Sarah will be there as usual to coach.
Tier 3's: 3:30-4:30
Tier 4's/Regional: 4:30-6:00
Tier 4/Regional swimmers, please check the blog this evening for an update on tomorrow (Thursday) morning's practice.
