NOTE: anyone who volunteers for this event, East Coast Short Course, or any other Island sanctioned meet will be eligible to receive ballots towards a free registration next year!

'Good Afternoon,
The University of Prince Edward Island in cooperation with the CARI complex is hosting the Atlantic University Sport Swimming Championship this year from February 5th-7th.
As you are well aware it takes a multitude of volunteers to run swim meets.
We are currently looking for timers and minor officials for the event. The dates and times are provided below.
Friday Feb. 5
Morning Session - 9:00am-12:00pm
Evening Session - 5:00pm-8:00pm
Saturday Feb. 6
Morning Session - 9:00am-12:00pm
Evening Session - 5:00pm-8:00pm
Sunday Feb. 7
Morning Session - 9:00am-12:00pm
Evening Session - 5:00pm-8:00pm
If you are able to attend any of these sessions it would be greatly appreciated.
If you are able to act as a timer or minor official please contact me ASAP with the contact information provided below.
