Christmas Training Camp

Ho Ho Ho, Santa is going to bring some surprises to this year's training camp!

The Dolphins Annual Christmas Training Camp is for Tier 3, 4, and Regional Groups and will run from December 27-31, 2010. All swimmers in these groups are encouraged to attend. I know the holidays are a time for family and friends but it also the perfect time to spend with their swim coaches and get some good quality training in! It also gives them a chance to work off all the turkey and treats that they might be eating :) !

Monday, December 27, 2010
11:00 AM-1:00 PM: Swim Practice

Please note: Those swimmers that are on the Tri-Team have practice in Charlottetown so they do not have to attend the Dolphins practice this day. Details on the Charlottetown practice will come shortly from Swim PEI.

Tuesday, December 28, 2010
9:00-11:00 AM: Swim Practice, this practice will be conducted by Lance Cansdale, Domestic Operations Officer for Swim Canada!! We are so lucky to have Lance for this practice so please, please make sure you swimmer can attend this session!

11:00-11:15 AM: Nutrition Break

11:15-12:15: Insanity Workout (Conference Room)
What to bring: Gym clothes, sneakers, water bottle and an extra towel

Wednesday, December 29, 2010
11:00 AM to 1:00 PM: Swim Practice

1:00-1:15 PM: Nutrition Break

1:15-2:00: Hydrobiking for Tier 4's, Gym/Dryland for Regional swimmers
What to bring: Tier 4's: Water shoes & water bottle, Regionals: Gym clothes, sneakers, water bottle and $5 for the gym

9:00-11:00AM: Swim Practice

11:00-11:15 AM: Nutrition Break

11:15 AM-12:00 PM: Hydrobiking for Regionals
What to bring: Water shoes, an old t-shirt that can be worn in the pool (not too baggy) and water bottle

Friday, December 31, 2010
9:00 AM- 12:00 PM: CENTURY SWIM
What to bring: FLUIDS, FLUIDS, FLUIDS!! (e.g. Water, powerade, diluted juice)
