It is hard to believe that our year will soon be wrapping up! Before we put our suits and towels away, there is still lots happening over the next few weeks:
Annual Banquet
The Year End Awards Banquet has been booked for June 9th at 6:00 pm
Location: Red Shores Raceway (CUP)
Food: Buffet

This is an exciting night for our swimmers as it is there one chance to get dressed up and celebrate their awesome swim year together as a large team.
Video
We will be videotaping all our swimmers this coming week to use as part of a slideshow at the banquet as well as our website / advertising. I realize that you have all signed a consent for photography and video but if you have any concerns, please notify me before Wednesday May 11th.
Garden of the Gulf
We are hoping to arrange a team lunch on Saturday. If you are interested in participating, please let me know by Wednesday, May 11th. tmtynski@pei.sympatico.ca
Volunteers – the Charlottetown Bluefins have asked for our assistance in volunteering for this meet. They need 6 timers and 2 stroke and turn. The Bluefins have been an amazing help when we hosted meets throughout the year, so I hope our club can help them out. NOTE: volunteering in Ch’town counts towards your ballots for a free membership. Volunteer Incentive Program
