The first short course championships of the season is almost here. The NB Short Course Champs are scheduled for January 30 to February 1, 2009. We have a large group of swimmers that have qualified for this event and we hope to add a few more to the list this weekend at the Charlottetown Development Meet. Below please find the list of swimmers that have qualified and the meet details.

Location: University of Moncton, CEPS Pool
Warm-Up Times:
Friday, Prelims: 9:00 AM, Finals: 5:00 PM
Saturday, Prelims: 8:00 AM, Finals: 5:00 PM
Sunday, Prelims: 8:00 AM, Finals: 4:00 PM
Meet Fees: TBD, depends on how many events your swimmer has qualified in.
Entry Deadline: Friday, January 23, 2009
Other Information
Hotels: We are in the process of blocking off some hotel rooms for our Club. Once I have that information, I will post it here. Please check back.
T-shirts: There are souvenir t-shirts for this meet and the host Club would like it if we pre-ordered our shirts as there will only be a limited supply at the meet. The cost is $20.00 (taxes incl.). To see what the t-shirt looks like, you can check out the Charlottetown Bluephins website to see a sample. If you would like to order a shirt for your swimmer, please let me know by Friday, January 16, 2009.
Please let me know either way by the 23rd deadline, if your swimmer will be participating at the NBSCC meet.
