Tier 1 Practice from 3:30-4:30 is CANCELLED

Regional practice from 4:00-6:00 is CANCELLED due to the Moncton Swim Meet.
Tier 4's will still be practicing from 4:00-5:30 and will be coached by Sam.

Regional practice from 7:15-8:45 is CANCELLED due to the Moncton Swim Meet.
Tier 4's will still be practicing and will be coached by J Hammer.
